SERVPRO of Hardin/LaRue Counties Recap

2020 has been a crazy year for all of us! After being deemed an essential business, SERVPRO quickly adapted our protocols to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Two of our departments have had to make drastic changes regarding their jobs: Production and Marketing.

As the COVID-19 pandemic begin, production workers began having to wear PPE (personal protective equipment) to every job. They also wear a new suit while working each COVID-19 job, and dispose of soiled suits as soon as possible to ensure that they are not accidently reused. When calling SERVPRO, you trust everyone has been both temperature screened that day, and is wearing clean equipment.

Our marketing department had to completely rethink how they would visit their contacts. They are now wearing clean masks, respecting any businesses that are currently closed to walk in clients or are appointment only and are taking care to always stay at least 6 feet apart from anyone anywhere they go.

We have also introduced a new program called Certified: SERVPRO Cleaned. This program provides cleanings to help cut down on the amount of germs workers and consumers are exposed to. We will continue to provide this program as long as it is needed.
