Mold Remediation

These are the before and after pictures of an attic mold remediation job. The customer contacted us and was anxious to have the mold removed. The first picture shows fungus that has colonized on the rafters. Pictured next is the completion of the project.  The first part of the process consisted of setting up negative air and the proper containment. To clean the structure we applied an EPA approved disinfectant and stain remover to all plywood and supports. Following this we applied our mold proof coating to all plywood and supports. Finally, we baffled all rafters and blew in insulation throughout the attic.
